This legal notice governs access to and use of the website uvteam.es (the “Website”), owned by UVTeam. Accessing the Website makes you a user and implies full acceptance of these terms.

The purpose of the Website is to present UVTeam's services and make it easy for interested parties to get in touch. UVTeam reserves the right to change the presentation, configuration and content of the Website at any time, and to suspend access temporarily for technical or maintenance reasons.
Users agree to use the Website in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights and interests of third parties. In particular, users agree:
All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, trademarks, trade names, design and source code — belongs to UVTeam or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without UVTeam's prior written authorisation. Any third-party trademarks and trade names shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are cited solely to identify them or to describe technical compatibility.
UVTeam does not guarantee that access to the Website will be free of interruptions or errors, nor that its content will be permanently up to date, although it will use its best efforts to avoid such issues and to correct them once it becomes aware of them.
The information published is for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. UVTeam will not be liable for decisions taken on the basis of that information, nor for damages arising from the user's use of the Website.
The Website may include links to sites operated by third parties, such as meeting-booking platforms or social media profiles. UVTeam accepts no responsibility for their content, policies or practices, which are the sole responsibility of their owners.
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless applicable consumer legislation establishes a different jurisdiction.
UVTeam processes the personal data you provide transparently and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

If you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email, we will process the data contained in that communication. If you book a meeting through the scheduling platform, the data you enter there will be processed as set out in section 6.

We do not use your data for profiling or for automated decisions with legal effects. We do not send marketing communications unrelated to your enquiry unless you expressly authorise us to do so.
We keep contact-request data for as long as necessary to handle your request and follow up on the last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, the data will be kept for the duration of that relationship and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods for tax, accounting and civil matters.
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. We do work with providers acting as data processors, with whom the corresponding agreements under Article 28 GDPR have been signed:

Submitting the form and booking a meeting may involve data being processed by providers outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission where applicable, or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission together with any necessary supplementary measures.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to marketing@uvteam.co stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for a copy of an identity document to verify your identity.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, and we work with security and data protection processes adapted to each market in which we operate.
UVTeam's services are aimed exclusively at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14; if we find that such data has been provided, we will delete it.
Users warrant that the data they provide is accurate and undertake to notify us of any changes. UVTeam may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes; the version in force will always be the one published on this page.
